About us
The Elsberry Community Growth Association (ECGA) is a 501(C)(3) membership organization that, in some ways, is similar to a Chamber of Commerce and, in other ways, to a Community Betterment Association. Our mission is to promote and preserve the community of Elsberry as a great place to call home. We do this through the fulfillment of our four objectives:
- telling a better story about our community
- participating in the beautification of community
- championing existing local businesses and encouraging entrepreneurship
- strengthening the fabric of our community through local events

As a 501(c)(3), the ECGA doubles as a foundation for the community of Elsberry? As such, all donations are tax-deductible and go back to the beautification and promotion of the Elsberry community.
