Sam Byers | President & Founder:

As the former membership director of a larger Chamber of Commerce, Sam saw a need in Elsberry in 2016 for an organization that would fill the gap left by the closure of the community's Chamber of Commerce and it's Community Betterment Association. With the help of Adam Heitman, Andrew Howard and other young professionals, Sam started the ECGA and the rest is history!
