Since the founding of our Organization in 2017, Sam Byers has served as President. Leading with dedication, vision and commitment from day one. Under his leadership we have grown and thrived, creating a lasting impact in our community. 

As Sam steps down from his role to pursue a new path in his career, we extend our deepest gratitude for his years of service and leadership. His efforts and passion have laid a strong foundation for continued success. Please join us in thanking Sam for his tremendous contributions and wishing him the best in the next chapter of his journey.

Taking Sam's place is Director Kimberly Sifuentes. Kim is a life-long resident of Elsberry. We know she will continue to keep the spirit of the Community Growth Association alive and growing.
